Inspection Process

Every service starts with a transparent on-site inspection. We share the diagnosis and the cost before starting any repair.

Repair Charges

Repair charges include labour and spare parts as quoted. Any addition to scope is communicated and approved before being executed.

Advance Payments

For new appliance orders or large installations, a partial advance may be requested. The advance is adjusted in the final invoice.

Replacement Parts

Replaced parts may be returned to you on request. Defective parts replaced under warranty remain our property.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 1 hour before the scheduled visit. After dispatch, a small visit fee may apply.

Refund Eligibility

If a paid service does not resolve the reported issue within 7 days of the visit, you are eligible for a free re-visit or full refund of the service charge.

Service Warranty

30-day service warranty on the specific repair performed. Spare parts carry the original manufacturer warranty.
